After finishing school, a new phase in your life begins: your entry into professional life. First and foremost, this means getting used to a new environment and working together with many unknown people.
With our apprentice introductory seminar we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get started. We help you to get to know your new colleagues and offer you a comprehensive insight into our company.
A good network among all apprentices is especially important for us. With our annual apprentices trip as a team-building event, as well as various events such as the trainee lunch and our Christmas party, we grow together more and more.
Using modern training concepts, we give you the opportunity to fully develop your potential. Seminars about personality development, e.g. teamwork, presentation, time- and self management, and also product- and IT training, enable you to develop and improve yourself beyond the general work content. Would you like to lead your own project like an executive? In our LEAN Talents training we train you in project management, and you then carry out an independent company project with your apprentice colleagues. With individual examination preparation and training courses, we also support you in successfully completing your training.
Successful training only works with individual supervision and support. We, the ERCO trainers, support you from day one and are your first point of contact for all topics relating to your training.
As a rule, the application procedure for an apprenticeship or combined study programme begins one year before the start of the training. The best time to apply is therefore in the summer holidays of the previous year.

Which documents should I submit?
The application should be submitted in full. This includes documents such as covering letter, curriculum vitae, a copy of last school report and other relevant certificates (e.g. internships).
What is the selection procedure?
The selection procedure has several stages: selection based on the application documents, a recruitment test and an interview. In technical areas we also like to invite you to a discovery day where you can get to know the area, the exact tasks and possible future colleagues.
